Sigh, that is not the reason.
They are reporting them for "incest", after all it's not allowed on Patreon, along with underage content, rape, and blackmail.
And yes, some white knight here is reporting them as Patreon even says as much and linking to F95 as "proof".

devs should really switch to other sites. Patreon is no longer safe for incest content. adoption/caretaker count as incest now, and will get your account removed!

i wouldnt call that person/persons who is reporting games "white knight" but "pathetic jerk"...and could only wish him/them most of things/content being reported to happen to them and those closest to them in RL.

but it also means thet till that issue is sorted by switching to other platform/s, there wont be any game updates.
though that isnt that important at all, as we all know that teasers, wallpapers and previews are true apocalust (game).
and those could be put (almost) anywhere, so everything should be peachy enough...
