I had 6 girls in Harem (Amy, Nancy, Ruby, Michiko, Zara and Angie) and i wanted to get this scene with Lena i was talking about yesterday. I dismissed Zara to have only 5 Haremgirls and played the week to get this scene on friday with Lena, bad luck on scouting at Friday sure the bountyhuntress showed up
ok, wanted to play for another week and on the weekly upkeep i payed the Bike, Nancy is upkeeping and pregnant and then payed the other 4 Girls. Every thing semed to be ok, but after paying the last Girl on the list and the usual "blah-blah" the list just poppet up again without any option and my game is freezed now b.c. of this.
The list shows only the 5 Girls remaining in my Harem (Amy, Nancy, Ruby, Michiko and Angie) all payed and no more option to leave back in the game.

Alternatively, simply type return in the console, that should get you out of the harem screen interface.
Also, are you actually playing with the latest patch? If not, redownload the incest patch from the OP.

I am having an issue with Diamond, I got the two things of Diamond missions done with She-Hulk and the other girl. I got the dancer to tell me what Diamonds weakness was, however every time I try to talk to Diamond, she just says something like "I will never tell you anything about me" or such & I did already pay the $5 for the drink before talking to her. However, I can't seem to do anything beyond this & I am stuck without being able to get my own bike.

Are you a Road Warrior? I believe you also need to be one to buy the rig off her.
EDIT: I think I see the mistake in the code now, I didn't cater for people who would get the diamonds from She-Hulk and the creepy girl but not the abandoned mine. In your case, and until I fix this for the new update, I suggest you cheat (oh, the horror!) by opening the console and typing:
gem = True
Then you'll have the dialogue option you're looking for.
Re-EDIT: You actually got your first haul of diamonds from the creepy girl by the way? Ie: before She-Hulk?
