The only options that apear in the bedroom at night are to call one of the harem girls or dont call anyone and go to sleep.

After you get the message from Lena that starts the mission you have 3 nights to go there. After that the mission closes and you can't go to the church at night.
Edit: if you think it should happen and does not, go to the console and type
missionchurch
It should say True if the mission is on. If False it at least explains why you are not getting it. Are you playing from a pre-4.2 save by chance?

You can talk to the priest and volunteer to clean the church anytime of the day really (if you have acquired a certain amount of church lore), including on the very first morning of the mission. The holy baby oil is irrelevant to the mission by the way, only useful for shagging Ayla once she's in your harem.

Thanks mate that did the trick, think I've all completed now, except for the diamond from the mine, never been able to get one of those, read the guide too slow and didn't have the right faction for a 100%

Anyway go to the console (shift-o) and check these variables: exploredhex21, exploredhex22, exploredhex23, exploredhex24, exploredhex25, exploredhex26 and exploredhex27. They all need to be True. If one or more are False that's the area you have missed. Also you need to be at least in week 6.

Read the Hint guide, it's made by the dev and included in the download.
It's only possible to enter that camp a certain number of times, in different ways every time, otherwise we'd go back for all the items in their armory..
So one has to choose carefully, items or scenes?
That's the reason you can only snipe the guard 1 time and fool her with the stolen uniform once.. as the old saying goes: "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me!"
