when you first go into the basement when you see all of the slaves names across from the name you will see release or kill (release her then you will see a option to move her to the guesthouse)

With the new update:
With the "toxic waste" event from a prior update, there are now two explore events I can't get to pop up.
I was able to get the lost child event to popup, but not the elderly one. After 200 tries I got:

For toxic waste you need to have companions while you explore. Its only 1% chance for elderly one event but I'll double check it

Where is the problem exactly? Tried your save. Went to the farm and talked with the Vincent and event started.
But the event always ends with me running... Even when I have 40+ strength companions

Oh, yes. That's the only outcome available. Will add some text so it's more clear that it is the only option.
Regardin the choice you make before that it just determines if one of your companions will die or not.
