so after catching 500 fish and never catched anything biggen than 40 cm i thought i would ask here if i am doing it wrong?

I forgort what I need to do to phone call the girls and unlock all the scenes. I know it happened once after a main story event but I don't know how to do it again. Do I buy date tickets or something.

I don't know about you, but I've caught at least 2 50 cm fish and a 60 cm fish during my first fishing contest attempt. If you've been struggling to get the bar to land between the bars, that's a likely reason you're having trouble. The bigger fish have smaller hitboxes. That said, I'm sure I found a 50 cm fish lying around on the floor somewhere, but I can't remember where and have no idea if it counts.

You get cards by:
- fighting against Magna (random loot; occurs rarely),
- picking them from the ground, as for the other items (a few of them, and only if Zoom x2.0 is activated)
- received them from your missions/jobs (very few)
And so, the main "resources" are:
- buy them at the gacha consoles (same as the ATM consoles),
- buy them at the card shop (i.e. Neo-Akiba area). The available card levels 1,2,3 or 4 depend of your own level (card levels are activated at levels 1/15/30/50 of your character).

I dunno. I did the contest right before visiting Japantown for the first time. I don't remembering getting any special bait or anything. The other thing I could think of is the luck stat, but I didn't use anything to boost that either. Are you by chance standing under the arrow pointing down on the wall? That's where I casted my line.

You could only catch fish bigger then 40cm during or after fishing contest, not before

It's not in Neo-Akiba, it's in Kamichiou. Already asked the creator to fix it in guide.

Can be applied to version 1.03, 1.04 or 1.05 of the game.

Download, decompress and replace the existing file "Map031.json" into the "\www\data" sub-folder of the game (DO BACKUP the original file FIRST).
