From the image you didn't pick the lock go to the alley at night and find the dealer and buy a lockpick then when no one is in the bathroom go to the bathroom and pick the lock you have to click on the left you will see an image of the mc picking the lock
I believe he is talking about the mission where you need to hack the alley security cameras. This was an old bug. If you read the hacking book(I think it is that book or one of the books, its been awhile) before you got the mission it wouldn't let you complete it no matter what. I ended up having to go back to a previous save.

I got a fair number of likes from when I did this for the last version, so here we go again. This is an extracted, decompiled script.rpy for version 0.4 with rollback restored and developer and console modes turned back on. Also the hardcoded text speed has been put back to instant text.

The supposed feelings of the MC in the game are irrelevant here. NTR in the context of games like this is when a character YOU, AS THE PLAYER have an interest in has a sexual encounter with another character in the game aside from your avatar in the game, causing YOU THE PLAYER to feel negative emotions. It is that evoking of the negative emotions in the player that matter here. You are playing the game because you want to conquer these beautiful women, women who you have already been shown nude and in sexual situations in the very opening of the game to establish this sexual interest and tension with.Look, I absolutely ABHOR NTR, but as I see it there is no NTR yet as of last update! (just starting the new patch)
Julia starts as your "landlady" and although you think she is hot, it is not until she gets railed by the vamp that you go into hot pursuit. (MC thinks the guy is her boyfriend!!! and gets turned on by what he witnesses) This is the point where Julia turns from a sexy landlady into a potential LI & MC, starts getting a little more handsy...
It is not until the MC sees her in the strip club office "under the influence" that he puts 2+2 together and figures out that these people with big-ass teeth are actually vampires and that Julia needs help, and he is the one that is going to save her...
Julia literally has been mind controlled and raped and that is the setup to this entire game, MC is not a LI of Julia's while this is going on so I don't get where all these misguided torches & pitchforks are coming from??? She is not cucking the MC, she has no romantic connection to the MC and she literally has no fucking clue what is happening to her...

So when suddenly this hot woman you're pursuing sexual situations with (watching tv to build up attraction points etc so that you can go further sexually) suddenly gets raped by someone else, it angers and/or disgusts many in the audience who feel that they were just forced to watch their love/sexual interest get fucked by someone else.
Saying that your negative reaction as a player to watching an object of your desire get fucked by someone else than your avatar in the game is fine because the story doesn't say the MC in the game is interested in her yet is absurd and completely fails to grasp what is actually happening.
You the player are being forced to watch a woman you're interested in be fucked by someone else. For people who aren't cucks, that tends to evoke a negative emotional response. That's the point in media like this, and it very clearly applies here to this game.

I replayed it and actually that scene is there. It all depends on the level of relationship you have with Julia (mine was about 60% low); it was enough to raise the level before checking the cameras and everything was solved.
