what is weird is that the progress of this special event stopped everything , i went to Notvill website 4 days straight and the progress for this special its still the same it was 4 days ago

Effectively he was working on the new content and broke the game. Now he's trying to get it working again. So progress pretty much stopped, but he feels he is close based on that last progress update.
This game started nice with great atmosphere and engaging story, on top of beautiful girls and renders, but then at one point just became anticlimactic line of sex scenes of drugged people, so I am not anxiously awaiting new releases any more...

True, i think this drugged scenario is bad. And i want know what heppened to wife of main character. She is very nice.
I quite like the drugged aspect of it, helps sell the taboo nature of events.
But then again, not every fetishist is the same.
My point was that there was barely any corruption, story or decisions that player can make from about 1/3 of the game on...
it sucks that these specials stopped the progression of the story for 4 months straight. Maybe the dev got burned out by the story.

The game engine was always crap, let's be honest about it. It sucks big time: you can't have different saves, you can't skip content like you would in normal games, you can't take screenshots, the gallery sucks, the game mechanics are linear and boring, etc. Quite often unique doesn't mean better.
The best thing about this game was its dreamlike atmosphere and the gorgeous ladies. Besides, in the beginning it seemed like the story was headed to something really interesting.
I used to love this game, I had it in my signature for over 1 year. Now I don't care much about it, it's just a huge pile of nonsense accessible through an extremely inconvenient UI, adorned with mediocre and anticlimatic sex animations (instead of sexy still renders, which is all it would need).
The Halloween/Xmas special will be really exciting in February!

Also, it has been 3 months to date since Halloween and we still haven't seen the Halloween update
Well, pity. I absolutely loved the start of the game. Being locked up with two gorgeous young women, sexual tension slowly mounting? Sign me up!
But now, after I've built up all this tension with Olivia and was really looking forward to her and MC getting close, reluctantly opening up to their desires... we watch two demons fuck each other or something. Just like that, snap of a finger. All the development up until then gone. What a waste. It just takes away the agency of the characters, all decisions, all emotions, all conflict, everything.
Just the aphrodisiac was fine since it doesn't control anyone, just enhances desires. Leads to conflict, real interpersonal tension. This mind control shit just makes me go "what was the point?"

You right. This demons fucking is terrible. All atmosphere are fucked up in my mind. First episodes are really fascinating. I want more and more. Climat is amaizing. Now i don't know what thinking about this game. Waiting for update (halloween special.... yeaaaaah..... ) and we see what heppend next...

I agree with the comments above, this kind of demon porn thing is really not what I expected. That would have been so damn hot if those young ladies has their own building up emotions blooming into unstoppable lust for all of each others. But nothing is real and all characters now are controlled by misterious force making them someone totally else in their best moments...
If you are interested in "zombie-fuck" with really quality renders, yeah this is it, but since the very beginning we wanted something else, something more of this game. Too bad.
To be honest, I'm not really into these X-mas and whatever else special updates as usually every character act completely different and they are mostly turn into some kind of fucking-machine unlike their own personality which we used to known for months and years from the regular story updates.
The gas has beena thing since part 1.
I can understand not caring for the glowing eyes and new personality, I love that.
But I don't think there's anything wrong with external forces pushing the people to commit the ultimate taboo with each other.
It's not like this...household would just start fucking just because they're together otherwise.
I like that they have an in game reason for the debachuery to start that makes sense and respects the characters integrity as human beings to have control and reason, and the game is going out it's way to dismantle their control and reason.

but the thing is that I never wanted anything more of my most loved protagonists than having some voyeur fun and little "plays" with their loved ones.Basically, this is the main reason I fall in love with AoG because in the beginning they were so innocent that I've never seen before and I hoped they will always be like that. But the "glowing eyes" thing changed everything.
