The saving being only when sleeping isn't a bug, it was meant to be that way to make daily choices matter, because if you can just reload, the stakes aren't as high.

But that became more frustrating for some and is in the list of possible revisions for the game design rework will happen

I'm stuck in the starter quest, everytime I went to the Weapon store the quest won't updated and also if I go back to the arena zone the whole screen black out unless I go back to the previous zone. Anyone know what's happening?

Even though it saves in game and I can reload it as such when I close the application it's gone with no popup that the files have been changed to save over.

I´m currently stuck at the Piik´s Party. I finish the scan but after dialog with Jade Commando when there should start battle it just jumps into error. I tried all the options including letting Amantha distract guards, letting the lady in red dress distract guards, both of them but I always get the black error screen

I have the bug like you but idk how to fix it

At the lowest danger planet (I think ice one) bottom left corner there should be a "Jade Base", if the quest is correctly activated the moment you enter you get the cutscene, if not the place is empty

I did all that and kiwi told me it should be in between the jade base and the cave but no matter where I click I can't find him

Answering your 3 questions:
- I didnt even know there was a wiki XD Id have to replay that quest but dont remember it being that hard to find, sorry there
- Sorry to tell you Hope V is one of the only broken quests and cant be completed unless you cheatmenu or saveedit the variables
- I dont think all the breakthroughs are fully coded in but:
Depraved is unlocked after multiple Escort works
Loving is for completing your gladiator personal quest
Sadistic is also unlockable but for the life of me I cant remember if it's stat or quest related
