Yeah, see, the problem is that each time they tell you that they will "revenge" cheat on you, you take a massive hit of 5 dislike count and 5 hate count, instantly dropping you to 20 love count (if it was 30 when the whole thing happened), and they can almost instantly "double tap" this interaction on you, like they did on me here.

So i think a quick response to a cheating partner might be a more suitable penalty. Its up to debate, obviously.
I guess it depends on what the goal of the module is. Is it to have the NPC who was cheated on go and cheat secretly, and then return the relationship to normal afterwards? Or should the cheater know they're now being cheated on as a form of revenge.

You could also prevent them from declaring their intent twice. After the first declaration you'd set a flag that would remain set until they've taken their revenge. If the NPC tries to have the same conversation again it would just cancel their action.

If it were to be based on the Cheater! opinion, I think the response would have to be measured. Seems like an overreaction for them to go and have sex with somebody just because they saw their lover hugging someone

Thats why ive said its up to debate. Its a difficult decision to make, because, like youve mentioned, what happens after theyve cheated on you? Do you continue on as if nothing happened? And if so, what about the sex friend theyve made via their revenge? Its gonna be a constant pain the ass... hmm....

Double posting, but oh well. I cant, physically, come up with a solution to this. I WANT the NPCs to have a way of taking revenge on the player for cheating on them. After all - we can cheat on our partners all the time, since were not really bound to mechanics as much as they are - giving them an option is (imo) a good thing. I mean, its not difficult for us to "keep it in our pants", so if we do slip up, we should feel the consequences of it.

Im leaving it up to you. And i agree about the revenge being measured - kissing and groping should, however, be reason enough for the revenge to take place - these are "higher love count" abilities that cant be used from the get go. Even when fighting off some shits struck with MM, our relationship partner gets hugged from to time. We turn a blind eye to this, but not to gropes or kisses (or, at least, i dont, especially if i intend to play monogamous).

So, surprise me! You can make alterations if this "initial build" doesnt turn out that good.

So you would only want this to apply if the PC cheats, and not for NPC-NPC relationships?

Also, I'm still working on/testing other stuff that I want to release before starting anything new, so I'm not sure when I'll actually get to this.

If possible, i want it to affect both the PC and NPC-NPC relations (guess the term is "global" - its a matter of convenience - place the module on one card to affect them all), so that we get a share of the pie too, if some random chick feels cheated on by her partner ;)

Take your time. We aint in a rush.

Another double-post on a single page. Im going to hell - its decided!

Twisted does have some weird lines, as the name suggests. I only have one card with that personality, and I tend to avoid it since it also has the Succubus module. I prefer to foist her onto my enemies instead.

Space Case is weird also. Gyaru I find pretty annoying. I've never really thought about a favorite. There's some that I haven't tried yet, but I guess if I had to pick one I'd say Harsh. It's not as overbearing as some of the others.

please help i followed the guide for the outfits but nothing us showing up
The outfits aren't showing up? Unless you downloaded the ppx files for additional outfits and placed them into your data folder, you'll only have whatever the game normally comes with.

Those are just additional textures for outfits. Those aren't outfits themselves. Follow the part of the guide titled "Clothing Collection(CC) and Uncensor". That's the most common clothing pack and uncensor, and that pack will add the most outfits by far. There's some other clothing packs that are more niche that are sometimes used by card makers.

For me, the annoying ones are Gyaru, Returnee, Enigma, and Silent. (Especially the last one why does that even exist?!?)

As for my favorites, Harsh, Irritated, Quiet, Creepy, Joyful, Lazy, Dark, Affable, and Delinquent.
Alright, alright... lemme just open the editor real quick (since my memory of those is kinda hazy from time to time...and i definitely havent used some of them - will get to those)

I can confidently say that i have... three attitudes towards some personalities - i like them, they dont bother me, or i absolutely loathe them.

(not in order)

1. Those i like:

-Mature -Manly -Quiet -Harsh -Brave -Affable -Handsome -Bookish -Emotionless
-Caring -Lazy -Kind -Joyful -Wise -Calm -Dark -Friendly -Sadistic
-Dignified -Aloof -Sweet -Empress -AA1 Aloof -Rough -Tomboy -Traditional

(A shrink could probably spot a pattern here... heheh!)

2. Those that dont bother me... are everything i havent mentioned --

3. Those i loathe:

-Lively -Creepy -Obscene -Yandere
-Frisky -AA1Pure -Twisted -Gyaru
-Cheerful -AA1Sweet -Kouhai -Chuuni

(Another case for a shrink to look into!)

And... finally... personalities i havent used for one reason or another:
-Silent (because its silent...)
-Returnee (because its in english and breaks immersion)
-Space Case (I simply havent used it yet, but there was probably a reason for that too... her line in the editor put me off)
-Succubus (because its just Mature personality with a slight tone change)

EDIT: almost forgot!

If Wise personality would use her original H-voices - that would be my favorite.... but it doesnt, so a favorite of mine doesnt exist :(

I don't necessarily have a problem with Space Case, but it's not the kind of personality you can just slap on any character. The lines aren't generic enough to fit a wide variety of characters. The only character I have with that personality is .

Chuuni has the same problem where it's very niche. I don't mind that personality, but it definitely seems most suited to demonic/evil characters.

Youre making a good point. Some personalities are meant to be used with specific cards and/or are very niche, where it feels like they stick out like a sore thumb. Problem is i ignore those "weird" cards (discolored, demonic, blah) so im having issues finding a card to slap those personalities onto. Doesnt mean the personality is bad - i just misuse it.

But what of all the poor souls lined up to start modding the game? Just think of all the possible new dialogue you could add... :KEK:

Although she is hardly The First Of Her Name Trope, I suspect the reason Silent module exists is because AA2 was discovered by a fan.

Hey, I like the character myself, but I think the quiet personality fits her best. I know there are also the "mute" personalities but I don't have those in my version of the game.

Speaking of personalities, or, rather, modules: if I grab a card that ends up having a module not on the AAU list thingy in the Editor - is it still going to function? Are custom modules made to be standalone? I remember downloading some card way back when AAU was at 1.9.0, if not 1.8.0, and it had some module attached to it that I never figured out whether it was working or not. Plus, now I am kind of tempted to purge the bloat that is Bias/Hunter/Race (and the like) modules - if I end up getting a card that has one of those down the road, what am I going to be looking at: "works just fine", "is ignored just fine" or "breaks the game just fine"?

To my (limited) knowledge, modules are contained within cards - it doesnt matter whether you have a module "stashed". They will work regardless.
