You talk to them? Then you have options like give gifts or start a relationship. You talk to them while they're not in the team.
To clarify on Gundar_The_Great 's point, within every inn and on your vessel, there is a sparkling spot that allows you to disband the party, like the fruit basket in the screenshot.
You can then talk to each member individually and boost your relationship with each one. You do need to be at 50 relationship points before Ashley will have the courage to confess to a relationship, though. And I believe you can have only one BF at a time. There is also the option to confess to being openly lewd, and I'm unsure how that affects the relationship at all (it may also depend on who the relationship is with). I believe that requires 350 desire before Ashley will make that confession, though.

Is there a damn walkthru for the new scenes? Last I played it is 4.3.3 and I have better things to do than spend a fucking hour or more trying to find the couple of lewd scenes because dev decided not to continue the damn story but let's throw in some random lewd scenes to try to fucking hunt down.
I don't have time to try to find some damn random scenes around. Either a gallery that we can see the scenes with a save to unlock the damn gallery, but so far I have seen no gallery.

You can unlock unviewed scenes via gold. So if you can't find the time to grind out jobs that get progressively lewder, then you can use some RPGMV cheat plugin or save editor. This is provided Yioru implemented scenes for the gallery.
Yeah have to give myself 10K or so.. unlock all scenes.. than edit save again to put my gold back to what it was. I don't like Gold cheats.. why didn't the dev just give an unlock all gallery option.
TL&DR: (Almost) All sex scenes can be seen in the first village, so far I've not seen anything new after leaving it, maybe one scene. Maybe I will see something new going through Emper city, but even then the corruption aspect doesn't affect anything outside scenes and is wildly inconsistent with MC acting up when touched or hearing a vulgar comment all the time even when completely perverted.
I'm just playing through this game for the first time and it's quite dissapointing, while the starting village is quite decent both in content and progression, I've just got to the Emper city and so far all the stuff between this city and starting village was bland and boring reuse of the same 10 or so scenes that I've seen tens of times already with desire level not affecting anything outside these scenes.
Somebody gropes the MC who is at 300+ desire and just had sex with a beggar? Get mad and slap him. Catcalls? Ignore or get mad. Slap ass? Get mad and slap him. Some characters just have to ask to get blown and some others are slapped for looking at MC weirdly.
Worst of all, there is absolutely no variety in scenes, other than skin color all scenes are just a copy paste, all I ask is for is just a few details change to add some flavour. For example when giving a blowjob under a vendor stall just add that stall obstructing the view and a few dialogue lines to cover for that, but no, it's the same old, overused scene that I've seen 50 times at this point.
Edit: Combat is so far also a boring waste of time, with the only saving grace that it usually can be avoided.
Edit2: After getting 2nd ship I've dropped it, even ignoring the issues above the scenes progression is incredibly painful. In the casino I had to work 4 times with boring 2 seconds long events during work and a copy-paste short groping, handjob, blowjob scenes before giving up on it altogether without seeing anything interesting, having to navigate through a few screens every time to sleep just to see the same stuff once again.
The worst part is that every single event chain is like this: 10 days of half a scene each going back and forth between an inn and work place/npc, closing prompts, going through short dialogues and menus, it takes much more time than it's worth.

I was wondering about the way that you will have to go to retrieve the princess dress and/or getting information about dad. The actual sex (if it happens when you are still posing as a guard and still want go for a virgin run through) will be optional? (Or will the answer give too much away about that particular plot line?)
