Just checked cheat and uncensor are avaible. If I remember right, game just checks presence of specific named file in Assault_Data folder, content of file doesn't matters. So if you have problems with download, just create files named u3oi4h5kg.txt and 4hu3o4i5.txt in Assault_Data folder.

It works just fine. You are probably naming it 4hu3o4i5.txt.txt. Also the post you quoted, just right click and save the text files linked.
