That is the thing though the setup has been done quite a while ago, there is not much more MC can do to win Nora for him then he already did. The moral dilemma is winning and the longer that goes on now, the less sense it will make Nora will ever give in to her love and lust for MC. The basis for any consensual incest game is that both partners must have a reason to enter into it and Nora resisted the temptation by now after being ready for it a number of updates ago, so why would she ever enter into it now?
