a while ago the dev said he aims for the second half of July (17-23), yet as any "preliminary" aim, that probably will change a bit (towards the end of month probably).
either way, as the rule of thumb, 2-3 days prior to the release there is an announcement with exact release dates/hours.

It should be out sometime next week as they were aiming for 16-20th...could be sooner, could be a touch later. But since they are showing off previews, it's got to be close
