Looks like the threesome ending is probably the closest you are going to get. I could be wrong, but based on the script it looks this way.

even though it would be cool if the game had a harem ending I doubt that it's going to happen since the game page does not have the harem tag but who knows i might be wrong and who knows the author might implement a harem ending in the future?

I remember the first time I played it and it didn't get my attention too much. Today, with great joy, I can say that it has exceeded my expectations. Keep it that way developers. My rating til the episode 6 is 8/10
