It’s possible — there’s no “safe” time in your menstrual cycle to have sex without using birth control. Here’s why:
Pregnancy can happen when the sperm cells in semen (cum) meet up with one of your eggs. Your ovaries release an egg every month — that’s called ovulation.
After sex, sperm can live for up to 5 days in your body waiting for one of these eggs. That means that even if you weren’t ovulating when you had sex, sperm can still meet up with your egg later on.
Ovulation usually happens about 14 days before your period starts — but everyone’s body is different. You may ovulate earlier or later, depending on the length of your menstrual cycle.
If all this sounds super complicated, that’s because it is. And everyone’s menstrual cycle is a little different, which makes it even MORE complicated. It’s also very common for peoples’ cycles to be irregular, which means your period comes at different times — especially when you’re younger. But even if your cycle is regular, it can be hard to know exactly when you’re ovulating and at risk for pregnancy. That’s why it’s so important to use birth control (like condoms, the pill, or an IUD) every time you have sex if you don’t want to get pregnant.
It's not complicated at all. All it means is, if you have sex 6+ days before ovulation or 12+ hours after ovulation, you can't get pregnant - assuming you have a stable cycle. Of course proper birth control is good, but me and my partner have used this method to prevent pregnancy for years now (cause the pill is unhealthy and the IUD caused her increased period cramps). It works. And if you have a less regular cycle, you can still use an ovulation test and only have sex after you know it has passed.

Here's my review of certain chapters, I already posted it in the review log and gave it 3 stars.
Chapter 1 I don't like how certain sex scenes are forced. Like I want to end things with landlady. Chloe's sex scene is alright, and I can stop her mom's romance path. Lastly, I don't like how you have a choice to end Nora's romance, but it doesn't... continuation in another chapter.
Chapter 2 I love to continue sex scene's with Chloe, I'm fine with continuing it but the worse part is saying you fake love Lily... You tell Lily it's just sex with Chloe, but then say you are dating.
Chapter 10 At the end of the day choices don't matter, I ended up getting a handjob from Nora, even though I choice to not have a relationship with her. The choices in this game are an illusion after seeing this. I'm not going to continue after this chapter, but you should get the gist of it after reading all the above.
Edit: I want to add more chapter reviews but will try and chill out... I will stick with my harem/cuck route like my old post said on pg. 393.
