normally maybe but since tony's family will have good lawyers (on par with oj's) then it's not anywhere guaranteed.

Chill dude. I always play with a mod so "paths" and "routes" don't mean anything to me since I can just change variables at will to create the path i want to see but I'm pretty sure there is no forced NTR in this game. You can just keep refusing Tony.
I don't mind NTR in any game but I do mind overly sleazy characters like Tony so he ain't getting any on my playthroughs. That said if the neighbour dude wants to bang the chicks I don't really care.
