I will not continue with this , I am not an artist nor a programmer , I am just a translator in training , I just used a knowledge of translator to test this exchange of images , something that worked very well , as I was saying no and necessary recreates the text or codes in the original game, in the translation, you can modify the text at will without changing the original

The issue, I think, is that Zero and I apparently have very different ideas of what a "Yuri Mod" actually is, or ought to be. To me, a "mod" implies a lot more than just swapping some images and doing a search-and-replace on the text to change "Sonic" to "Amy" — I mean, sure, technically I guess that counts as a "modification", but the result is hardly what I would call a functional game. Changing the babysitter from a boy (Sonic) to a girl (Amy or Sally), and having the result be something that makes sense, requires a lot of rewriting of the actual dialogue and scene descriptions — and, yes, a certain amount of code changes, because there are places in some of the hentai scenes where "you" are given the option to put on a condom (or not), or given the choice to cum inside Cream or cum on her, and neither of those choices would make any sense when it's two girls going at it rather than a girl and a guy. (And those are just the two most obvious examples I could think of off the top of my head; there's plenty of others.)

Even the very first menu in the game, when Cream says "Mommy says you're going to watch me", contains a response that would make no sense with Amy as the babysitter. You pick the choice "Yeah, I hope that's okay with you," and Cream replies "It's kind of weird having a boy for a babysitter, but..." You can't just change the word "boy" to "girl" here, because why would it be weird for Cream to have a girl as a babysitter? So, now you have to either rewrite this dialogue to something else, or (code change!) remove that option when Amy is the sitter, and not Sonic.

This is where all of the difficult work is.

Now yeah, sure, if you don't care whether the dialogue and descriptions match up with the images you swapped in, or even make any sense in the context of Cream+Amy rather than Cream+Sonic... then yeah, sure, that's a mod you can probably slap together in a couple of days, especially if you raid a few image archives like rule34 or e621 for the art. But if you don't actually care about the dialogue and descriptions... why bother with the game at all? What's the point of making a "Cream-plus-Amy Yuri Mod", then? Just to see some naughty Amy+Cream images? You may as well just go straight to one of those online image archives to get your fix, and not even bother with the game, then.

If you have any previous versions installed, make sure you remove them entirely before downloading and installing this one.

NOTE: The porter says there may still be some issues with the game crashing or behaving badly on certain Android devices. (Apparently, most of the issues he was seeing before may have actually been related to my updating the RenPy engine to 7.4.11; it seems that 7.4.9 may actually be the more stable engine for Android.) If you guys do encounter any major crashes or bad behavior, there is a special #android-porting channel on the Discord, and in that channel is a pinned post explaining how to pull the crash logs from your device so he can look them over.

Also note: The game may (or probably will) run sluggishly on older or slower (low-spec) devices, especially during some of the larger, dialogue-heavy scenes. This is a known issue, and I'm afraid there's no simple fix for it yet, at least not that either of us knows of.

(Of course, this means the information in the in-game FAQ about there not being an Android port is now invalid, but I don't think anyone will mind the FAQ being wrong on that point until the next release. )

Look, that's great that you're using the tools that you have knowledge of (translation files) to show how a very rudimentary mod could be made to create a version of the game with a different main character babysitter (like Amy instead of Sonic) by just swapping images and dialogue text. Your demo image even looks pretty good, and you say you finished editing all the Sonic images, so I'd be interested to see a final version if you decide to make one at some point.

But you seem to be ignoring (or not understanding?) the main objections Novilon listed for why that's not going to be a separate option in this version of the game... essentially that it wouldn't be that hard to make a very basic mod like that, but it would take a LOT of work to make something like that into a GOOD polished mod that consistently makes sense, due to having to rewrite nearly every scene in the game. Yes, if you just swap names and images that replace Sonic's dick with Amy using a strap-on every time (instead of other Yuri options) it probably makes things slightly more straightforward... but even then there would still be a lot of scenes with dialogue that require significant rewrites to actually make sense.

At this point though, it's really starting to seem a bit disrespectful to keep bringing it up in a way that implies Novilon should do something similar just because what you did wasn't that hard. The answer was already quite clearly, "No." And a good explanation was given as to why that won't be happening, at least not by the creator of this particular version of the game. Also, to be honest, most of us would much rather see that time and energy spent on what Novilon already has planned in the way of improvements to the current version of the game anyways.

If you or someone else decides to finish a separate "Amy Babysit's Cream" mod like that on their own, fantastic! More content to choose from for those who are into that is great. But if so, it probably deserves it's own game thread, or at least waiting and linking a finished "translation" mod in this thread that you make clear is being developed on it's own. But if not, you should probably just drop the topic so it doesn't distract from updates about what's actually being worked on.

I'm not going to continue with this, but anyone who wants to work on the files can feel free, all the images I used were taken from the internet and I edited everything, the good thing about the files, and that doesn't affect the original game, I'm doing like the guy who made Babysitting Cream renpy't , I create and modify everything for the game renp'y , but never made an update again ,

At the moment, there's only the one scene that takes place in Vanilla's bedroom, as part of the "daily events" which occur when you summon Cream to Vanilla's room and ask her how she is today.

When Marine comes by selling cookies, you have the choice of just buying a box, or buying a box plus a small extra donation for the Flickies, or the "grand sponsor package". What happens after that, and how far you get to go with Marine, depends on which option you pick.

This only happens once in the game; there aren't any other scenes with Marine in the game at the moment.

if i had to wager a guess based on the fact that marine shows up literally a single time, unrepeatable, i would assume there would be no plans for additional content with maybe the exception of potentially different donation based rewards but likely not a priority in any sense.
