How do you the use special Panties as well ?? and How do you get the threesome with Marine again was well??

'3-way with Marine' is 'In Dev' so not implemented yet - it's just a placeholder atm, unless you're mistaken for the 'Cookie Nookie' event where there isn't an achievement
- as for the panties, those are just a collectable item, to the best of my knowledge they are not a usable item although maybe Novilon may come up with an idea at a later date, although I originally thought she wears them when it's raining for the camera session but I've checked & couldn't see any mention of them

FoxyTails is correct, above; the "special panties" have no use in the game at the moment. They'll likely come into play at some point, but no scenes involving them have been written yet.
Likewise the "threesome with Marine"; currently it doesn't exist. The "achievement" listing in the Diary is just a placeholder until it gets implemented.
As has been noted many times -- the game is still in a half-finished "beta" state, and there is a lot of stuff that is either missing (like the threesomes), poorly implemented (the time-of-day system
), or seriously needs a major rewrite because the game's original creator had... issues. (Yeah, let's just leave it at that. He has issues.)It'll be a while before all of the plot-holes are filled in and all of the game-mechanic weirdness is straightened out. In the meantime, you guys get to be my beta-testers, while I try to untangle at least three previous developers' worth of spaghetti code and make some sense of it all.

If I remember correctly, the only thing the special panties are good for NOW is Sanic can get busted (about 50% chance) if you try to steal them...and a few more lines of dialog depending on your RWC if you want to pay for them. Save your rings for now, and get a bowl of ramen from the mall, as soon as Novilon writes my ramen shop into the mall.

Yeah, there is that — but once you buy (or steal) them at the Mall, that's all you can do with them; they don't unlock any additional scenes, you can't ask her to wear them, and so on.

It wouldn't necessarily be a bad idea to have a couple more shops at the mall, especially one where Sonic and Cream can go to get a meal if she gets hungry...Speaking of Cream getting hungry, what are the effects of that under the hood? I've only found it affecting two things:Hey, you never know...
1. Unless she has just eaten, you don't get the second half of the 'watch tv' action
2. If she has just eaten, she can't swim in the pool. (which is an urban legend, btw)
Is there anything I'm missing out on by not feeding Cream? (Not that I starve the girl, it's a huge boost to relationship!)

Because ice cream only isn't enough for a growing bunny, and you can't exactly find enough places hidden from sight to feed her from the Sanic hot beef injector other than the ones currently available...Hey, you never know...
Part of the overall time overhaul system I guess...there's no way I'd stick around in the mall all day. Even seeing a 2 hour movie, I'd be bored by hour 3...

No, as far as I know, those are the only two places it comes into play. The "hunger" system is another wonky game mechanic that needs an overhaul.
Hanging out in the mall used to be a big thing for teenagers and college kids, especially on weekends. (Maybe it still is; I haven't been to one in quite a while myself, because where I live now, the nearest one is in the next county over and you more-or-less have to take the toll road to get there in any reasonable amount of time.) But when the mall basically only has six places you can visit, and three of them are clothing stores... yeah, not exactly worthy of an all-day trip.

I suppose it depends on what you mean by "games like this." If you specifically mean, "a 'dating sim'-style of game featuring Sonic and Cream", well... this is the only one I know of that's like that, other than the previous versions of "Babysitting Cream" which this one evolved from. (The previous incarnations have their own threads here on F95, although whether or not the download links are still good is an open question after all this time.)

AFAIK the reason hunger is there is to curb feeding Cream, as it was supposed to be very stamina efficient way of getting RWC, so hunger was added to make it so you cannot feed Cream repeadedly.

Yeah, I used to love going to the mall a good few years ago, but after moving states for school and moving back? The mall I used to go to, is... lack luster. Sure the shops are fun and all, but since the Funky Virus hit, the arcade shut down, and being near a native american reservation... Conditions of said mall are, a bit lack luster, especially with the claw machines, and other various prize winning ones about. Everything else is mostly fine. But still, it's fun, but missing a lot. So Perhaps when the mall overhaul might happen, I do have a few ideas.
- Food Court/ Restaurants like mentioned before
- Gaming Store
- Entertainment areas (Mall I go to still, installed an Escape Room place)
- Rotation of Movies (Not neccessary, but it could be a way to encourage replay value of having a different movie list than the standard 3, or even adding more to it)
- Random RWC events like pop-up stores in the middle of the floor/section of the mall (Again, going off of the mall I frequent, and memories of other malls. Sometimes, there's a random pop-up shop between the stalls, and rest areas. Mostly toys, puzzles, and random calendars.)
And that's all, just a few sections to flesh out said mall/"city" section of the game. Speaking of which... for going into the "City" you barely see any of it beyond the park, mall, fountain square, and movie theatre normally... right?
