I see it more like have the option to interact with the girl and choose what you want to do with her and how. Ok, maybe the game is bugged for me, but is there anything supposed to appear? I started each of the 5 times and looked around, clicked on everything I could see as a distinct object but nothing is happening. Are there supposed to be humans anywhere? How do I start? Just tell me what the first thing is I should start on, so I can see if it even works.

Unless you are refering to how to get the scenes for them. Otherwise that's all the content that's currently in the game. Developer is plannig to add more content in future updates
Well I am assuming that the little girl only has the cat scene, and the scenes with the boy (which isnt really about them I guess) and the angry woman only has 1 scene with the guy?

I’ve finished all the game and got all the scenes And couldn’t find anything to do with the ladder I think it might be for a future update

It seems the mouse pointer and all the text is broken for me i can't see anything but the (?) that start the scenes and the time and arrows on the bottom. All i can do is mouse around the screen while clicking to try to find a button to continue. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Yes but that's the thing the menu screen has no text on it either and i can't see my mouse pointer or the (buttons? maybe i can't see them the ones on the top of the screen to change the sex positions in the H-scenes) So I have to guess where to click to continue playing

You might of download the game from a corrupted source I would try deleting the game and re-download it
