1. The game doesn't try to be something it's not. Many major attention games have things like a map, even though they are a linear visual novel. The devs in those games eat up iterations with things they think make the game pretty, but end up being a sacrifice in what their audience is after: content.
2. The game doesn't add too many things that aren't necessary. Many other games add content that is a year away from necessary. This game adds things, gives them immediate or near-future content, and then builds on it.
3. The characters are all attractive. They aren't moms and sisters looking like glamour models, they pass for an actual family of attractive people that aren't over-rendered. Yes, less rendering sometimes fits the game more appropriately.
4. The story is true to itself. While some people may just flat out not like the story, it stays true. The MC wants to manipulate his family, and when he gets the chance the dev doesn't give him artificial regret at the point of delivery. Many games do this drawn out crap of "I could bang you right now but I don't want to spoil this thing we have". That bullshit doesn't actually happen outside of terrible teen drama sitcoms. Devs lack imagination and think that "sex" is the ultimate culmination in a game, so they come up with bullshit reasons to make it never happen. The reasons this game employ to put sex off feel less "bullshitty" and more understandable considering the environment that has been built.
5. The adult content that is there is arousing. For not having sex, this game does the adult interactions with the micro-interactions in mind. Tailoring off point 4 above, some devs have no creativity. They know how to draw, they know how to work 3d assets. But they don't know how to put a scene together in a creative way. They think that a shitty animation will suffice. Wrong. If people want standard scenarios with bad animations, they can watch normal porn, which has a lot of standard situations with bad actors and bad acting. This game fills a void that isn't available outside itself. The micro intricacies of foreplay and arousal building are here. It's great.
Complaints about needing patches for a product hosted on Patreon is just silly. Get over it so the Dev can continue giving you something to complain about.
Stock characters in creative situations - i'll take this over creative characters in stock situations every time.
Nearly every asset in this game (art and models) is borrowed. Very few games you'll find have actual original content. and modifying the existing assets that are out there is not complicated. You could literally start making your own game next week and have a demo ready in a month.
Asking for sex for the sake of sex is silly in my opinion. You can get bad sex scenes in every other game. The foreplay and manipulation scenes in this game are better than 90% of the best sex scenes other games have to offer. This dev is putting attention on more intricate interactions, and that attention to the arousing parts of the interaction are alone worth praise than more complete products that are available today.
