Confused, do you think somebody hacked his F95 account? Because the account posting has the "developer" label, many followers, and isn't a new account. He probably has other reasons for not posting on patreon. Not entirely sure what that might be, but I doubt rainces is a fake

Ya but he talks like Rainces though...and his post is consistent with Rainces only communicating when patreons are starting to leave...
We've waited this long so what's another 1-2 months? If no legitimate news of patch then fold the tents up

Someone has to port the game into android unofficially since the developer only releases the game for windows and mac os, that might take some time after that you should be able to play the next game version.

Yeah just like the enhance version the guy who made that mode post something a few days ago and after a day raince post too and i realize he is the same person and to think they will release the new version because the patreon decreasing rapidly.

He has done something like this before, it was update 12 or 13 I think, he didn't delivered the update on time and people were starting to get mad but he waited and squeeze as much money as possible, at the end when he was out moves he updated the game in 2 weeks and released it.

I wish I was Raince as I would be getting $1,000 a month but I am not. For the past two months I was not in the mood to do any work on the Mod but things have improved so I got back coding and rendering in the past 2 weeks.
As for why Raince posted a few days later after me and only here and not on his patreon, your guess is as good as mine..
He did email me back in May as asked if I would get the Mod up to date so we could work together but I have not heard anything else since then.
You might as well be making money right now if you had continued with the story yourself like they did with (big brother) there is another developer running that story on his own and has his own patreon and subscribers and more than one would be more than happy to support you on patreon if you committed a bit to continuing bad bobby saga because rainces only releases updates when it has less than 100 patreons.

There's been an assumption by many (myself included) that the abandoned tag was based on time since the last update. But actually it's based on the last communication from the dev. As long as they keep posting on their Patreon or elsewhere that it's not abandoned, it won't get the tag. Which of course lends itself to abuse.
It takes 6 months of no contact from the Dev for a game to be marked as Abandoned. 6 months from or more from the last update goes to On Hold. The Dev Rainces made a post here a few days ago and makes some on his Patreon from time to time. I wouldn't be surprised to see an update within the next few weeks.
I'm not holding my breath, but I wouldn't be surprised, either.

Or next month btw. But for me i think he is gonna update the game next week because he said he is working on the game this week and he take a 1 week leave, to his work to update this game this week or next month lol
