My thoughts exactly, these people all "I don't want to share her, but she has to be ok with sharing me", come on people, the fact that she proposed a three way relationship, and told the MC to enjoy fucking people now that he broke up with his cheating Ex should have been dead giveaways that she is more than open with this shit, and hell, is better than she demonstrated that in front of the MC instead of acting behind his back.

She is offering a less painful (and much more enjoyable) path back to normalcy. Why does everyone assume that what the MC did before the dinner has any bearing on how Kate acts at the dinner date? I have a save where she is literally the only person the MC has any sexual activity with since meeting her, and it doesn't change anything during the dinner date. So, her being open to sharing, doesn't mean the MC has to be open to it as well, he never asked for it and shouldn't be obliged to accept it. But i also turned down the threesome idea, the lesbian story, and if those are sticking points in the relationship with her, then so be it, there are other options . But yeah, i agree that her approach during the dinner was rather tactless.

I get the impression that they weren't exactly close growing up. Rather she was his buddies hot little sister, and that was the extent of their relationship and how well they knew each other, I might be wrong though. And I think it's meaningless discussing the right and wrong in that scene, it comes down to perspective. For those that don't mind sharing, and for their partners expressing interest in other people will see Kate as a fun loving, go with the flow personality. Those that dislike that sort of stuff see her behavior as tactless and insensitive, and that she personifies the slut stigma.
