Yeah it's bugged. Change line 3666 of BINC_0108 to this:
if persistent.danceGrabbedBooty108 == True and persistent.danceTwerked0108 == True: # LEADS TO SEX SCENE

and it should work as long the bartender thinks you delivered the papers and you both let the party girl twerk and grab her ass while dancing.

So far you were able to do that in my port, put the folder "scripts" from the Mod into "...\Documents\RenPy_Saves\com.koga3.baddiesinc\game\"

BINC_0108 only has a few hundred lines..
I did find that line in scripts.rpa, but changing it makes the game crash on start.
