I agree,maybe the dev will be so kind to tell us when will we be able to use our previous saves,so we can skip the download until then.I mean,i like the game,but starting again and again each time a new version appear it's not a good thing.
Well, i was clear that i will not change the story, but i am not against constructive criticismat at all.
The point is: Valerie is having the affair with a pornstar and in week 3 we will see she can give him the advice for a sexdrug!

Well anything would be better than hearing what she got up to with this guy I'd rather it have been a different scenario like she goes out with a group of friends or something, or some guy keeps trying to ask her out and she keeps rejecting his advances so it's up for the MC to step up and help her.
I am just looking at that linked guide and i am testing if it works for that game. Then this will not happens again i hope.
Of course i know its not nice to replay all stuff, i know this from a famous game i played last year.
But reworking the script was important, because its better done now then later.
At the moment i dont see a proper way to make savegames compatible but maybe i can figure something out. Maybe adding a option in game to change the vars!
Creating a savegame would be a bad option, because of the choosen name. I dont think everyone wants to have a MC named eugene, bob or rickyboy or something else

Considering how easy it is to change the player name via the console, shouldn't you be able to insert something like a question at the beginning of the new content to let everyone change that variable?I am just looking at that linked guide and i am testing if it works for that game. IDK, you should tell your story, but offer to keep the details open maybe, like a question whether to hear her tell exactly what happened or something along, "I'm meeting this guy called Bozo the clown, we're fwbs or something like that.
I'll be honest, I would probably just skip over her story if it involved details I'm not keen to know.

I tried and it workes fine! So it will be much easier to add new vars in future.

I agree 100%, the first few times it was fine, but, endlessly, bitch this, bitch that, ma bitch, I think Babyfacve is trying WAY to hard to be a gangbanger but is in fact coming off more like, a geeky white chump (ref: White Men Can`t Jump) being pretty fly for a white guy (ref: a somewhat forgetable song)

Copy the attached file in folder BangCity-003-pc\game\
Start new game, choose a name.
Skip all intro scenes (TAB),
At day 1 Early morning go to Citymap enter boutique
Now you will jump to sunday evening before 0.03 starts!
Start with visiting the gang hideaway

I'm missing something then. I haven't come across sex toys yet or how to order them and nobody is at the gang house. I just get (Not now I have something else to do) but I have no idea what that is? I am on day 32 now. I need to talk to Valerie about sex drugs but it never comes up. She just talks about the tv show then crashes every day...
It would appear that the PC is to blame. The only options are to "watch porn" or "turn off PC" and it seems like all the content I am missing is tied to missing PC options...

In this free roam game if you choose to skip work day1 and explore instead, you get stuck at noon becasue PC does jack shit.
If dev wanted to make a linear game instead of free roam, they should have made a linear game. It would save us the grind and repetitiveness. Win/win!

You can leave Valerie's affair in the story if you want, but obviously many people don't like it. You've only got $22/month in pledges, if you're okay with that, leave it in.

Can't believe I'm saying this.
Despite my every instinct being normally to want every female in the game as the MC's women only.
In this case I actually disagree with some I don't personaly give a rats arse about Valerie's affair.
It's an ongoing affair started way before MC enters the scene.
It just means if the MC wants to chace her he's got his work cut out for him.
It dosn't sound like its a commited reation ship she's not the pornstars girlfreind, fiancee or wife.
he's not a bad guy or sleazeball as far as I can tell or so it seems.
Maybe thats the problem its not enough like pinching her off another asshole man???? for you I dunno.
All I know is my MC will bang her given half the chance he's not remotley put off by her affair.
And once I sort out why my pledges are being denied at the moment and I get them paying again I will seriously consider adding this Dev to my list.
