Game crashes when opening save from last version. Tried to leave the basement and got this error.

After 7 days playing the update, doing almost every tutoring scene with Valeria, they were just on repeat after a while, I got stuck in the house. No time skipping options, couldn't go anywhere within the city, and no action made time pass in the house as well.

Did you see the message-windows in thee screen of Valeries house? There you can see all hints. If you really missed a scene that cause this problem please let me know what it was, so i can fix it.
Even though I have now made sure that the individual plots run independently of each other, it may be that I have missed something.

There is no waölthrough needed, to be honest. From start to v007 you cant miss anything and on 008 there are clear hints given in the message windows in Valeries House Screen

It says there's no more content for Chapter 4, never had the Tiny Charles dealing story. I can go to the map, but when I try to enter any places it won't allow me except for the bank. It also says that I need give money to Linda when I try to enter the trailer park, but too early for the gang district.

According to your savegame you took care of Tiny Charles to disapear. (Tiny Charles is the fat guy who broke MC arms.)
You cant continue because you played aall content of this version and i missed to make alternative scene for then.
