Using fix_012a_03 patch is a bad idea if there is a fix for the latest version.
Which is the latest fix? Cause I was getting the same error even without the patch.
At first make sure to use version v.1.02. and the latest fix.
Then play on.

If these options are available AND Valerie refuses, your domlevel is not high enough.
Playing the dildo game at noon in the beasement helps when you manage to use the stone-plug a few times may help.
The last update changed Valerie's name to Mom. Any chance to change that in the console or somewhere?
No, my update does not do something like that. You did download that patch or a patched version from somewhere else.
Get a proper version 1.02 without that patch and get the bugfix from first page to be up to date.

I've really got better things to do than search through all your saves and look for the latest one myself.
You better check if you really have installed the official version v 1.02 and have Fix d for version 1.02.
Then you should have no problems finishing the game, as long as you don't refuse to follow the game's progress.
Believe me, I recently played the game all the way through again.
