It doesn't have to be spelled out to the player in the form of boring exposition dumps or characters directly stating "I have x problem", as most people lack that self-awareness or if they are, they keep it to themselves. Instead, can communicate through subtle exchanges that form a kind of character tapesty by the end where the player goes "aha, that makes perfect sense for that character" rather than porn logic writing "well, it's fucking hawt and makes me horny, so w/e.. the mother & daughter wanna compete for my perfect cock!"
So, I guess that's the perspective I'm looking at it through. I like BoB's execution, so I'm sure if it happens, it'll be done in a satisfying way regardless

My point was that it's not really incest because they aren't attracted to each other, they simply didn't have certain hangups, it's like many "lesbian" scenes in porn aren't actually lesbian, they are doing it to tease the man in the scene not each other. In my example with the sisters they didn't have any sexual feeling for each other (that I know of) they simply discovered fairly early on as young adults that they could wrap most men around their fingers if they interacted with each other in a mildly sexual way, they got so many free drinks without having to pretend they liked the men buying them.
On a technical level the contact they had with each other wasn't much more "sexual" than a massage, it was simply delivered with a little extra flair. And it gets worse, you have to magically remember commercial details of multiple deals and have them all to hand at random moments to answer quizes on them? Thats big 1 star from me. I get the game dev has some kind of hard on for commercial real estate, but bloody hell that some waste to force that nonsense into a game. The whole point of a game is for it be fun, not like you're back in college doing homework. Lame.

Yeah, it's not the best idea. But you don't actually have to memorize anything. Pay attention to your career gauge. It should improve each time you select the right answer. If it doesn't, rollback a step and try the next one.
I'd imagine it's supposed to be about immersion as opposed to "some kind of hard on for commercial real estate", and I'd also imagine eventually there will be some kind of story arc that happens when you are bad at your job, maybe some kind of submissive arc were you have to do things to convince your bosses not to fire you... shameful, degrading things.
Like Gibberish666 says it's pretty easy to cheat if reading/remembering is hard for you, it's a tough line for a Dev to balance, I for one am happy for the Dev to make it a little harder than it needs to be rather than risk slipping down a dull VN route.
This game is near the top of my watch list because it has managed to present itself as more than a porn slide show, and I hope it continues to aim that little bit higher with its immersion ideals.

there is a difference between having the shit dropped on you when it's justified and unjustified.you still have an element of support from the others when you earn your place (they can't fire everyone). Let see how much they support you when it's clear you are nothing but dead weight.

MC is in a no win situation in this game. The very first scene welcomes MC right into the deep - when you play more, MC is doing everything this game affords the player to do, yet it fails just the same - not to mention lack of a paycheck right in the day it was suppsoed to drop and game over ... for shits and giggles, I guess.
Story wise, MC is always the underdog ... burning charm points to get anywhere while the ”devil incarnate” as he calls JAck gets the promotion and MC or anyone else for that matter is not considered for the position, they start looking for another hire, even tho JAck lost the deal and it is canonical that the firm is not making money - the talks from the boss are very telling - yet someone else is getting promoted, boss goes on vacation while MC is relegated lower down the line, now MC answers to more people he has to ghost write deals for, while they get promotion and vacation in a firm that is not getting ahead at all.
There is no element of support. They keep their job and prosper while MC keeps his job.
That is it. MC never gets ahead. This game is a dead end job for MC in corpo business on top of spending big to even have relationships, let alone live a normal life. How would MC keep a steady income and a job if the whole point is him making it in the dating scene, while roadblocked all over the place?
This game is a miracel and it can only still be a miracle is MC is constantly on the receiving end of bad or worse situations where bare minimum and base human emotions and needs get met ... There does not seem to be any progression at the job or in the relationships, rather roadblock after roadblock for shits and giggles.
Some hard assumptions there bud, "no win situation", "always the underdog", "never gets ahead", he's been there for what?... A week, way to early to cry about "always"
A Week dude!! what do you expect it to be like, --everyone falls to their knees, crying "the One has finally arrived!", "please let us fall on our swords for you!!!"--, you get support from Rob, Sofia, Reggie (emotional support counts), you have potential support from Natalie, Emma and Huma (never underestimate the power of Admin), and probably most important you seem to have the potential for gathering clients into your corner. Who knows though it's definitely possible that all of this potential will be ignored and it will turn out to be yet another slideshow VN like you seem to think... I'm not banking on that though.
Here, here! All creative works need some kind of internal logic at play that is followed. People are born to like rules. If the rules are too stupid or, even worse, aren't followed, what's the point?
People also love choice & reactivity, which this game has in spades I'd say. Yeah, there's always going to be room for improvement or limitations on the author, queue complaints like "why couldn't I do x in y situation?", "why didn't I have a choice to refuse x!? I hate x!" blah blah, but the point is there are so many hollow works on this website that don't follow those aforementioned things very well. And I say that with respect to the authors who put their time and effort into it, much love. Unfortunately, time and effort isn't always enough for something to be great in the world we live in, woe
