There's no ending with just those 3. There's 2 throuples (Heidi/Athena and Heidi/Sadie), there's Athena, Heidi, and Mora quad (HAM); and there's those 3 plus Sadie quint (MASH). Here's a choice guide specifically to get the HAM and MASH endings:

Also, you're most likely experiencing a bug that's fixed in the official Steam version, by the way. In the Patreon and some early Steam versions, there's a pathing bug where if you're on Athena, Heidi, and Sadie's paths but not Mora's path and if you don't get specific scenes during pizza night, it doesn't properly check some stuff for the Halloween Party and you can unintentionally end up on a solo Sadie or solo Heidi ending. Essentially, if you're properly with Athena and Heidi, you shouldn't run in to Sadie at the Halloween Party, so if you do encounter her and have to pick between Sadie, Heidi, or try for Both, you're bugged.
so what are the 11 endings? solo for each girl makes 6, HAM is 7, MASH is 8, Heidi/Sadie is 9, i assume there is a solo ending but thats only 10

I would have thought that would be the obvious one too, but no. I guess the story side of it wasn't there to make it an obvious choice, but then again, the Heidi-Sadie story wasn't really there and they managed to make it happen...

I thought a Athena/Sadie ending, and a HAS ending would have fitted very well too. But I'm not complaining, we got a good variety of outstanding endings.
