is an alternative hidden scene, you can see it after the second scene at the river, where you go with alexa, after that scene in your hostel room you can sleep and explore the town at night, if you meet a group of young guys in town follow their instructions.

you can't, that was the first image I made of the last scene, but the setting didn't fit well with what I wanted to do so I started it again in a different setting

The level of disappointment in this update kind of depends on where the game goes from here. It was short obviously. And I fear it's pretty late in the game for this half-sex teasing crap. There's a pattern I've seen many times before, specifically in rpgms and specifically when they have a corruption theme. They build and build, and when it should be time to deliver a bunch of truly spicy content, they do like 1 scene of that and then it's game over. Very anti-climactic.
So in the game they talk about how the last night of the festival is coming up. I hope you're not wrapping it up already. Bawdy Traditions could do with 10 more updates, easily. As for your plan to continue adding routes, animations, and "many scenes" to the game AFTER you write the ending, well, let's get real, that's not how it's gonna go. It never is. You'll be too interested in your new and shiny project, that's what you'll be motivated to develop, that's what will take your focus and time. It's unavoidable. I recommend you send Bawdy Traditions off with as big a bang as you can muster.
Whatever happens, you're off to a great start as a game dev. You've made a solid game, you've got some patrons, your skills are improving, though I'd still love to see less clipping in your images... And I'm sure future games will be good as well.

If I have to be honest, the game needs a little polish more than updates.
It has some mechanics that feels abandoned mid way, it does seems to become more linear around the second part, and yeah it is becoming a bit of a tease, I wouldn’t mind new situations rather than evolutions of the old ones.
Not that I don’t like it, quite the opposite, but I don’t think people would mind a bit more time refining it and some contnent around more than ahead.

how does everyone just instantly play these updates? i've complained before about the no save shit but do you guys honestly play the entire game through each time? no wonder you're mad everytime
Hi derp333, you have to copy the save directory from the your existing game and then paste it into the updated game directory .../Bawdy Traditions/www/. Go into the 'Bawdy Traditions' game directory where the exe file is and you should see a directory named www, now go into that directory and you should find the save directory which you need to copy and paste into the updated game www directory.

There's been a few of these posts. I'm stuck here myself. And I haven't seen any answer for this. Been stuck here for the last few updates. Would appreciate if anyone can share a save file from a point after that event.
And no I don't intend to replay the whole thing again. I might do it if this game is on renpy. But on RPGM? No.
I see. I get, your point.There's not much rational about my argument. I come here a lot to check on the thread, enjoyed reading all posts and I did check on the frequency of patreon updates.
Source of my frustration was probably this month being the outlier. Just as I was really getting invested in it.
Jumped the gun, 2 days before the update I've been hoping for came, and for that I broke my 4 years of silence on this forum.
Imagine how stupid I feel now.
Water under the bridge though. I for one am happy again.
For content updates I usually prefer good stuff, and good stuff takes a while. Some creators are just phoning it in with weekly game updates imo. As a backer I'd rather see a dev say "hello" one time too many and wait until their work is in a state I could enjoy before they share it.

Btw, the author is working on a separate game at the same time too. Which tycoon patrons already got to play. There was quite a bit of content for a small 0.1 beta version.
i usually just delete games every now and then so i no longer have the save. if someone could post one though i'll do this in the future tho

I agree in full with all of the above. In fact I would claim, that the game is just now getting interesting.
The female MC has just now discovered some intense aspects of her sexuality. Now it's time for her to explore those aspects
Had this been a Series, the game so far would be Season 1. There is still plenty of room for a couple more Seasons to follow.
I Hope the dev doesn't choose the easy way out and jump to the next game. This is the point in the game where a mediocre dev stumbles and falls or runs, while a great dev keeps pushing.

The teasing part is pure genious, teasing eventually followed by more spicy stuff is a powerful combination.
I will soon be back at work, at wich time I will increase my support for this game.

that's a bug with the saves, I posted several saves in previous pages which should work for you, both saves are just before the river event in which you are stuck, if they don't work let me know and I'll post some more.
I will keep working on Bawdy to improve it after version 1.0 (not only adding an extra route, but also adding animations in several events) for now I have tried to keep my promises and, to be honest, I like working on Bawdy traditions and I am very fond of this project, besides, I have a couple of ideas ready for Johan and Leyna in the future.
