None of them like cheats, it's all in the dialogue. Lisa is the only one that would allow a 2way and that's only with the other female band member, Jade and that's pretty much because Lisa has a thing for her too.

No harem, as has already been covered.
There are only 4 actual love interests, the rest are side girls. Love interests being Selina, Lisa, Jane and Anna.
The sister will never have any sex content, this isn't an incest game. Should be obvious given the lack of tag but you may be surprised how many times the same people keep bringing this up despite the dev saying no multiple times.

Although this particular game is definitely not a West Virginia simulator, devs can easily get around the patreon rules. Even devs who explicitly state no family tomfuckery still often sneak a little in for the rabid fanbase.
A good example is Halfway House. Setting aside that the characters have a very mom/sister-esque vibe, the game still manages to introduce the incest roleplay. I've seen that more times than I can count. Crafty little buggers. The roleplay is usually optional, but I wish there were a tag to let us know what roleplay we're getting into. Occasionally, just occasionally, I want to play a fun game where I'm not creating a new line of Habsburgs.
