Mr Jet updated the version of Ren'Py in this game to 7.4.2.
People are mentioning antivirus because some of them incorrectly flag the Ren'py exe files as containing malware (especially the -32.exe files).
If you're running Windows 10 you should be using BecomeARockStar.exe, so could just delete BecomeARockStar-32.exe. You'd also need to check your AV isn't blocking BecomeARockStar.exe (or anything else in the games folder).
Your problem might not be related to an antivirus issue. Ren'Py 7.4 versions also made some changes to the supported graphics renderers. Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. If that doesn't fix it, try changing the renderer as described at the bottom of:

Stuck in a loop at the point where your sister asks if you are serious about jane. From there it goes to Rosa's art studio, then chance to get serious with Selina. Go home for the night and the day repeats again. Any advice?

About Rosa... is there a way to go with her path without Selina? Eg, if we broke up with Selina, we "broke up" with Rosa too? Or we can we keep seeing Rosa when we left Selina? I don't like to keep a relationship with Selina and sleep behind her back with her mom, lol

The only way to go to Rosa is through Selina unfortunately. Sooner or later she'll find out if you have a fling with Rosa.

That's way I don't go to Rosa. I thought you start with Selina and when she talks about her day when they met, if you don't accept a serious relationship, you could have a fling with Rosa. That's bad, then, lol. Maybe when I finish all routes (main) I try Rosa's path.
