shoudda ask in english but based on pics you want to know why no menus and for that no answer was given probably so my recommendation is to re-download with some download manager like jdownloader and extract that fresh download with latest 7zip and check if menus have returned, if not then try change renderer by holding down shift and g and starting game and trying each renderer until menus are back.
