This game features girls who go for somebody else while MC chooses his babe.
MC can choose same time slot with this or that girl, for the most part.

Too many dates with same girl will lead to MC professing his love and
being locked in their path, which means any girl still left hanging on MC
will find out and dump him hard.

MC with too many side pieces will be dumped by most or by all in the end.

I think there isn’t ntr at all.

There is a mod - use that to get all scenes no problem.

wouldn't change anything, we only see older sis nekkid once and those who mc fucks aren't related to him anyways.

to get incest it'd require quite a big re-coding etc.
