Nobody expects you to play the whole game again for such a small update. I've only checked out the advertised changes, I didn't even catch the different guy fucking Jessica.
For me the most interesting change this update, was the fact, that you have different commentators in the gallery (they change every time you exit and enter the gallery).

BtD is basically a highly abridged version of Dune with lots of changes to allow for more sexy situations. Of course there are spoilers of the first book. There are also some little details from Messiah sprinkled in (like gholas), but not really spoilers.

I would love to play this game, but manual save does not stay when I exit game and return, auto save never occurs when I quit the game, and the game also crashes periodically for me. not sure what the issue is but fak.

You're delusional. There's more Paul x Jessica content than any other pairing in the game. You can't blame Balsa for not catering to your interests exclusively. Just because Jessica is the most favoured character among the playerbase, doesn't mean, that the others don't have their fans. RM has the most scenes after Jessica and Alia. Harah has more scenes then Paul's canonical main concubine Chani. Concerning Khaira, yeah maybe there could be more of her. Other than that, I don't see, why you are complaining. If you think, there isn't enough content in total, ok. It was never supposed to be a big game, though. And the amount of content per character is pretty much on point with their popularity. You can't just judge that based on the opinions on this forum alone. The tastes are more diverse on his discord and patreon. And those are the people, that he regularly talks to.

I tried this game once before year or so ago but now with all these tags stamped on not sure If its worth finishing to the end. I mean I get some of the tags but some seem pretty far out there or not tasteful least to me. Are the more extreme stuff avoidable or is it forced in playthroughs?

Hehe, well to each their own. I remember there being a lot of requests for a gameover screen, where Jessica gets raped by Harkonnens. Which we eventually got and I'm okay with that. If you don't like that, don't lose. I also remember someone, who kept asking for Feyd-Rautha as a rival, who gets to cuck Paul. Again, I would've been ok with that, as long as it's a punishment for failure. I wonder if David had to struggle hard to resist the urge to insert the Baron into some more scenes, since he obviously really likes the character (so do I, but my love is purely platonic).
Anyway, most of the audience over there still has pretty vanilla tastes (apart from the obvious love of incest of course).
