Not gonna happen. The laggyness is part of the reason, why Balsamique doesn't want to add too much to the game anymore. Apparently it's quite bloated and there's no way around the laggyness. All you can do is restart the game, whenever it becomes too bad.

Heh. While the game is highly unlikely to receive a technical overhaul, that doesn't mean that Balsa will stop adding content from time to time. At the moment he is thinking about expanding existing scenes.

It's literally a memory leak. Something that can easily be fixed if he bothered to go over the code salad once.

45 mb - That's the magic of flash.
There is no difference between the swf and exe, except that the swf needs a standalone flash player to work. You should probably use the exe.
