Quick note for those who can't find the new picture: It's in Duncan's camera, but you won't find it in the camera in the Scenes gallery. You have to look at the camera inside the game, not in the gallery. It will be there, just like it happens with the Alia + Duncan nude selfie.

I'm not sure, to be honest, haven't tested it with other saves and have Ducan revived in my current end-game one. But considering these two pictures both come from the Alia + Duncan shower scene, I would think that you do need his ghola, since Duncan dies before Alia is born.
Im just reposting this specific Awesome Tier drawing because Im hoping Balsamique does more with this character!
