Oh, I never noticed that. I suppose that is supposed to be the peephole into the bathroom. Notice how the sign above the door shows, that is is occupied. Maybe Balsa added that little detail with the hole later.

I can't say it with 100% certainty and I've been wrong before, but I think this time it really is Paul.
