If you are using the mod you should avoid getting the Leto or Duncan ghola, because of the modifications they are broken.
Try buying the atomics from the smuggler or using the commander ghola, that should work and get you to the finale.

Dude, I know my photoshop and modding skills are crap, but still. Remember that I did my mod just for myself at first, just decided to share with you guys in case someone enjoyed it. I'm not saying you shoud say that my work is good if you don't think it is, but that kind of passive-agressive remarks aren't exactly kind, especially considering that you got that stuff for free.
