It's even handy to make new clothes. Say you have a dress, and you like the blouse but you don't want the skirt which is a part of it. You can delete the skirt and save the blouse as a new clothing item. How well this turns out depends on the quality of the mesh.

1. The fingers should be behind the steering wheel. Could fix it in Ps.
2. Hair is going through the seat, that should be an easy Ps fix too.

This has been done for a long time, artists poking fun at girls from thread beginning. So you can rest assured: the worst thing here was - spam of screenshots from the game, passed through a filter on the phone.
This is what pushed some artists away from the thread and they didn't want to post here anymore.
