1 - at the beginning of playing v.9.1 with your mod, it says something like "If you have used another mod before, click here to fix it. I clicked and .. it didn't fix anything.
2 - it is not only this loop in my save for ALL where i can not finish the free roam because the same scenes repeat endless, but i said OK maybe ALL is not possible and started to play the Maya and Josy route. This one goes only till the Haunting Basement. Once inside, i can put the light on the things needed to continue but clicking does NOT ZOOM so that i can not go on with that quest. So this route also ends here.
3 - I used scrappy's mod before , which is why i was asking if that mod was updated to 9.1
So i can no longer play this game, all i could do was to get the gallery unlocker for this version so i can at least see all the sex scenes. I also downloaded the saves from the OP link and hope they will work in the next update when it will be released.

If you wish to import my personal routes (all routes are available) that are completely free of any other mod or shenanigans then see the post here and follow the instructions EXACTLY (including the backup process so you can revert if desired later to your original fucked-up import files).
I have no idea what any other modder does or doesn't do. You'll have to address that in those particular threads. I don't work in collaboration with anyone except VN developers, period. I can't help you with point #3 for that reason.

- Hmm... I am tempted to try your solution with your personal routes. I would need to know what routes did you make there? Probably no harem, ok if that creates problems, but is there a Maya & Josy route? a Bella, a Jill, a Sage and very important, is there an "Others" route?

As long as the saves/imports have never used the other mod then you'll be fine. The one's in the VN's OP (that you linked to) are likely unmodded and are the purist. My personal import file contains all possible normal routes (no hackery). And for fuck's sake, stop with the Harem bullshit. There is no such normal scenario and that is what has lead you to where you are to begin with.

The correct installation for SanchoMod is two steps: 1) install a fresh/unadulterated version of the VN (unhacked/modded/other shenanigans). 2) install the mod as directed (unzip it's contents inside the VN's /game folder). That's it. If you decide to use my personal SanchoMod import file then follow those instructions next (before you due there's a backup process for revertability and good practice). You'll have to change the name of the MC of course though, and that can be done within the mod. Those personal transfer file are meant to be used with SanchoMod, not unmodded. If you prefer to play unmodded then use the files/persistents in that link you have to the post in the VN's thread. Those are likely pure save files made playing an unmodded VN/game.

SanchoGallery has never been a locked gallery... it states that in every mod OP and in-game as well. The point of the mod's gallery is to be 100% unlocked while not tampering with the VN's gallery. The VN's gallery scenes are left untouched so they can be used by the player as "cheevos" (aka achievements). In other words if a scene is locked in the VN's galley and that scene is viewed within SanchoGallery, the VN's scene will still be locked afterwards. Regarding the "unlocker" mod you speak of I have no idea as I don't use any other mods and haven't for years.

I understand that you are frustrated, just remember I am not the cause, I had nothing to do with the misery you find yourself in regarding these save file corruptions. I've made particular fixes for particular issues but have never claimed to have made a 100% fix for anyone else's fuck ups, it's not my desire to waste my personal time nor my responsibility to do so honestly. That said I did fix the mobile (unmodded) VN issue for those folks but that was easy and a no-brainer. The largest issue you folks with the "looping" bug/crash is because you tried to force a "harem" and the VN's conditionals can't handle all those routes/paths being abnormally engaged. There is no way for me to fix that since I have no idea what path/route is most important to each individual player. And, yes, I could code something and ask the player what they truly prefer regarding LI and make something as a "fix" but again, it's not my responsibility to take the hours of my personal time to fix an issue caused by someone else... that's not what SanchoMod's purpose is. It's a standalone product meant to be used solely with itself. If the player later decides they want to play unmodded then every single public SanchoMod has a specific "SaveFixer" in it's associated OP that the player can use to load the previous SanchoMod save files inside a pure/unmodded game. That's how I roll, that's the extra mile I go to protect the saves of folks that use this mod. You'll have to address specific issues with other mods with their respective authors. They might make fixes, they might not, but none have save file fixers for all their mods like I do... none.
Take all that for whatever it's worth. Hopefully something in this long-ass post will help you in one way or another. Regards.

- Yes, i red your extra explanation on how to install and import, I only don't know if i could import your saves PLUS ONE from those saves on the OP: the version with Bella which is open to a possible threesome with Jill in the future. If i can't have all, at least 2 of them on one side (Maya & Josy) and 2 others on another side (Bella & Jill). Ideal for me would be Josy & Jill & Bella, with Sage as a "fuck buddy" and also cheat a little with the others from time to time (mostly with Camila) but that will not going to happen.. The loop is caused by the conditional code in the VN getting stuck due to you forcing wonky paths/harems via "cheats" with some other mod/hackery previously.
Not sure if it's the mod, the base game, or a problem on my end... But the disco lights don't disappear for the post party scenes, especially if sided with Leon in Ep8+9, or vice versa with Jamie. There have been other parts where the lights haven't disappeared too, like when on Jill's route with the doctor.
Anyone know the command to turn them off?

Disco lights? Please, take a screenshot and post as a thumbnail or within a spoiler tag so I can visualize what it is you are talking about. I've never had an issue with scene effects carrying over to other scenes so maybe we can figure out what is going on with your situation. Regards.
Correct me if I'm wrong but that Quinn scene is after exiting the Ep9 free roam.... so I'm not sure how any Jamie/Leon scene plays a part since you can't exit the free roam to that Quinn scene from here:
For whatever reason, the disco lights overlay disappears permanently from that moment forward, after that scene occurs. Otherwise, they remain. Not on every playthrough. Only under certain conditions. No idea as to why.
I'll do some digging a bit later. I currently have too many projects open and my main system is pushing it's limits due to the amount of files I have open on my server... I'll check it out bud. I know it's not a mod thing but you've got me curious for sure.

Also, just to be clear, these "disco lights" you are referencing is that fog effect on both sides of Quinn in your posted pic example, yes? If it is then let me know if you're using an Nvidia or AMD GPU.. just in case it's a setting in those particular chips.
Much gratitude for your kindness. Yes exactly, the fog party effects. Not sure if it matters, but I usually turn off the "Special effects" in the settings because of the lag during the haunted mansion section. Using Intel for graphics.
I'll check it out later. I'm currently knee-deep in another VN mod update so I can't venture off of it too much or I'll lose train of thought (I'm coding a free roam). I'll remember this subject and let you know what I find and how we might resolve the issue. It can't be too difficult especially if it's occurring during only one specific instance (the fog effect). We simply need to find where it first initiates and where the dev has the effect turned off so we can analyze the situation as a whole.

SanchoMod has no harem cheat since it was known from reading the VN's code that it wouldn't work without a complete VN rewrite. Bud, the only way to get that looping bug is from using the other mod previously. This is undeniable fact. This is not me poo-pooing on anybody. It's the sole cause of the issue so how in the world can I help folks that are asking for assistance in this mod's thread without giving them the cause and the solution... as the solution requires the same "tool" that was the cause. I've only given facts and resolutions, haters are reading into things as I could personally care less what anyone uses on their own to do anything they wish to do. That's never been my MO.

It seems like I have the exact same issue as this guy you helped, even if I don't understand how it is possible... I didn't use any other mod on this playthrough.
I used "the other mod" in 0.8, then stopped playing the game for... more than one year probably. I started to play again a few weeks ago on a fresh 0.8.3 version + your mod. I noticed that the 0.8.3 managed to find all my previous saves, but I'm sure I started a new game and erased an old save, so... How is it possible to have a side effect in 0.8.3 from another mod, installed on 0.8 in another directory ? Maybe because of the existing saves ? Probably a subtlety of Ren'Py that I'm not aware of... or maybe I just fucked up and don't remember ?!
Anyway, thanks for your work on the mod. Impossible for me to go back to anything else now that I know how to use it. I remember being reluctant to use it in the past, not sure why.
You nailed it. Well done. That is the correct answer. Loading ANY save that had been using the other mod (and possibly other techniques folks might have used on their own) has that info still embedded in the save even if you played a bit without it or with SanchoMod. Yes, it's a RenPy thing and not a "bug", save files are intended to keep all user variables... and that means it saves all the "cheats" you've done in the past, etc.
Anyway, I'm knee-deep updating another mod. Give me a bit to find a stopping point so I can load up this project and figure out where your at and what is going on... I'll BBL with a response for you.

In the meantime, I found another thread talking about it (here) and there seems to be some anti-cheat checks just before this free roam. Seems like renpy.quit() is called if a cheat is detected.
I tested the fix provided in the link and I can enter the next free roam. It is a fix for 0.8.2, but I guess it's okay to keep it in 0.8.3 ?
