SanchoMod has always had its own gallery, it has never unlocked a stock gallery and is intended, so those remain as achievements. Access the mod's gallery via the "SanchoGallery" button. See the preview pics in the OP.

I am getting a mod_gr error while trying to text Jill in the first free roam as well, and I have only ever used your mod. It's a fresh install with a save Important from S1-2 with your Mod Installed again.
No, that's not entirely true. You certainly used another mod/hack before. That imported save appears to have the exact issue mentioned here. As I stated there's no variable named "mod_gr" in either the VN or in SanchoMod... but I'd bet good money that variable is found somewhere else
. It's your save file which was made using some other mod/hack and it's now in your export, I guarantee it.
Currently stat screens only report, they don't edit. The only variables I allow edit are in SanchoCheats. This is by design to insure folks don't bork their saves. I understand that this theory might rub some folks the wrong way but considering the thousands of players that currently have borked saves from using "other" methods it becomes obvious why I coded it this way. As a "workaround" I use the SanchoNotifications for suggested save points so that a player can quickly load a sound save and play a different choice rather than mucking up something via an all out cheat mod. Make sense?
I appreciate the constructive criticism, sincerely. The cheats section is (in it's current phase) completely intentional as even though I could simply allow the player to change everything willy-nilly, it's that exact situation that has got many of their save files fucked up beyond repair. I try to supply cheats that are major as all the hundreds of minor one's mean little to nothing at the end of the day besides some dialogue variants and minor scene changes. I know it's not perfect but I'm doing my best to find that balance that allows the player to change the major components (within reason) while guarding their saves from becoming a complete mess. That's has been the gameplan of the coding method from the get-go anyway. Regards.
Yes i have the same in the save made in previous update with "ALL". I can not finish this free roam in this version with all girls which is the one i am most interested in. Bella is invited by Jill, gets in first with a mask on the head then in the scene with Sage, Josy and Maya she is dressed as mummy as if the MC invited her.. then it jumps again back to where she comes without a costume, gets a mask and so on and on and on...

Well, to be fair YOU fucked up your save, not this mod, so I'd say your previous methods of hackery suck, not SanchoMod as it had nothing to do with your issue at all. You're venting obviously but the issue is because YOU fucked up your save file by using a "All/Harem" force from something outside of SanchoMod which does NOT work and will NEVER work. That's on you, not me. You can't expect me to fix all your problems you gained while fucking up and performing shenanigans with other products/hacks, it's simply not my responsibility to fix your previous fuck ups. All you can do is blame yourself. There is no harem possibility with this VN unless someone takes the time to completely, 100%, rewrite the entire VN. Accept that or not, you do you.

1 - at the beginning of playing v.9.1 with your mod, it says something like "If you have used another mod before, click here to fix it. I clicked and .. it didn't fix anything.
Let's sort your issues by the order you listed them, so you completely understand WTF is going on:
- Hmm... I am tempted to try your solution with your personal routes. I would need to know what routes did you make there? Probably no harem, ok if that creates problems, but is there a Maya & Josy route? a Bella, a Jill, a Sage and very important, is there an "Others" route?
As long as the saves/imports have never used the other mod then you'll be fine. The one's in the VN's OP (that you linked to) are likely unmodded and are the purist. My personal import file contains all possible normal routes (no hackery). And for fuck's sake, stop with the Harem bullshit. There is no such normal scenario and that is what has lead you to where you are to begin with.
The correct installation for SanchoMod is two steps: 1) install a fresh/unadulterated version of the VN (unhacked/modded/other shenanigans). 2) install the mod as directed (unzip it's contents inside the VN's /game folder). That's it. If you decide to use my personal SanchoMod import file then follow those instructions next (before you due there's a backup process for revertability and good practice). You'll have to change the name of the MC of course though, and that can be done within the mod. Those personal transfer file are meant to be used with SanchoMod, not unmodded. If you prefer to play unmodded then use the files/persistents in that link you have to the post in the VN's thread. Those are likely pure save files made playing an unmodded VN/game.
SanchoGallery has never been a locked gallery... it states that in every mod OP and in-game as well. The point of the mod's gallery is to be 100% unlocked while not tampering with the VN's gallery. The VN's gallery scenes are left untouched so they can be used by the player as "cheevos" (aka achievements). In other words if a scene is locked in the VN's galley and that scene is viewed within SanchoGallery, the VN's scene will still be locked afterwards. Regarding the "unlocker" mod you speak of I have no idea as I don't use any other mods and haven't for years.
I understand that you are frustrated, just remember I am not the cause, I had nothing to do with the misery you find yourself in regarding these save file corruptions. I've made particular fixes for particular issues but have never claimed to have made a 100% fix for anyone else's fuck ups, it's not my desire to waste my personal time nor my responsibility to do so honestly. That said I did fix the mobile (unmodded) VN issue for those folks but that was easy and a no-brainer. The largest issue you folks with the "looping" bug/crash is because you tried to force a "harem" and the VN's conditionals can't handle all those routes/paths being abnormally engaged. There is no way for me to fix that since I have no idea what path/route is most important to each individual player. And, yes, I could code something and ask the player what they truly prefer regarding LI and make something as a "fix" but again, it's not my responsibility to take the hours of my personal time to fix an issue caused by someone else... that's not what SanchoMod's purpose is. It's a standalone product meant to be used solely with itself. If the player later decides they want to play unmodded then every single public SanchoMod has a specific "SaveFixer" in it's associated OP that the player can use to load the previous SanchoMod save files inside a pure/unmodded game. That's how I roll, that's the extra mile I go to protect the saves of folks that use this mod. You'll have to address specific issues with other mods with their respective authors. They might make fixes, they might not, but none have save file fixers for all their mods like I do... none.
