Took a look at the outstanding questions list (thank you shazba), and I think a number of these questions have fairly obvious answers, at least in my opinion. Here's my thoughts on those particular few:

It's a porn game so eventually, yes.
Why is Quinn working with this drug gang?
Money.
What happened to Quinn's Dad?
He's not around now, so he's either dead or in prison. Either option seems viable given what little we know of his lifestyle choices.
Why did Chad choose to break up with Sage now?
I think it was a combination of two things. First, after getting kicked out of the Alphas, he no longer has as much pressure to have a high profile HOT for a girlfriend to keep up appearances. Second, Sage found the panties and is laser focused on figuring out who he's cheating with. Breaking up with her, at least in Chad's mind, might be the only thing that convinces her to stop digging before she finds out the truth he's desperate to keep hidden.
Will there be a confrontation with Maya's Dad and if so, what will the outcome be?
Assuming every LI can end up with the MC at the end, including Maya (either within the trio or sans Josy), there has to be a confrontation of some sort between MC and Maya's dad. I don't expect more than a contentious conversation, and depending on where in the narrative DPC puts it it'll either result in Maya being completely cut off, manifesting the worst possible version of her current troubles, or in her father having a change of heart (if DPC plans to be sweet about it, and puts it towards the end).
Will the mc get to hatefuck Becky (as suggested by Sarah)
Porn game, so probably.
The house from Lynette's album is definitely the house Jill grew up in. What the fuck does that mean?!
Presumably that whatever rich family Lynette comes from and the Royces were friends.
Was that a cop car watching Riona selling drugs? Maybe someone else is watching her, not just CUMPetition Boy.

I'd be shocked if that never becomes an option.
Why does Chad keep the lie up that he's not cheating when Sage confronts him?
Keeping in mind that Chad doesn't know that Sage knows that he's gay...
Because he has no answer that will help him. He can't admit the truth to her, so if he admits to cheating she's gonna demand to know the girl's name, and he doesn't have a name to give her. As long as he thinks there's even a tiny chance that she'll believe he's not cheating he has to stick with that lie, because if she keeps digging into trying to find out the truth eventually she will, and that terrifies him.
Why was Bella imagining James while dancing and having fun with the mc?
She'd been talking about MC making her feel more youthful and happy, so she was remembering the last time she felt those things: with James.
I think both he and Jamie have displayed some bi-curiosity at various moments.
Will Jill's lawyer finally be able to help Maya? Will he be more expensive than the actual college tuition?
I assume part of the arrangement is that Jill's paying for the attorney. That said... probably not. I don't know for certain how much more game we have (the numbers keep changing), but I don't think that storyline is going away until we're at or near the end of the game. Sadly.
Is Tybalt actively trying to piss Jill off, or is he just trying to get her attention? What more will come of her dumping him?
Probably trying to get her attention. It's no coincidence that two of the things we know he's doing are taking up a classical instrument and attempting yoga, two things we know Jill is passionate about.
As for ramifications of her dumping him, probably next to nothing for her, but for the MC, on the Jill route, could be damn near anything.
