I have played the whole ep 9 with Scrappy's mod V.9.1, all paths (except Maya and Josy, it's not my thing) and no problem or loop. I just follow one path at the time (don't try to create an harem) and don't mess with the variables.

What do you mean canonical? Even if you didn't flirt/fucked Jade it's still an uncomfortable situation because -

A) She flirted with you quite heavily herself
B) Tybalt is a nuisance even if you didn't particularly antagonize him

scrappy's mod? i used to have it but looks like it doesnt exist now, just sanchomod is listed under extras

ok found it hope it'll stop the loop, tho one good thing bout the loop it kept halloween minigame perks and stuff so potentinally i could unlocked every perk each time it did lol

I'm afraid the developer is not going to solve your problem in a pirate forum ;). If you are using Scrappy or other mod, you should ask in the thread of the mod. I downloaded the file "interlude+episode 9" from the first page, used Scrappy's mod version 9.1, and it works fine. I think there is a problem with the app of the music with that mod, but you should ask about it in Scrappy's thread and in any case, if you don't use that app in the game shouldn't be problems.
