Use MegaBasterd and proxy. You can download with unlimited quota.
Go to setting and enable smartproxy then paste list of proxy from here. The list is updated hourly. Free proxy usually died within a few hours so if the download stop working. Copy and paste a new one.

The game has been repackaged to handle some new features which means there will be no patch. You will have to download the entire game from scratch if you want to play episode 8.
