I think the problem would not be exactly Tremolo fucking HOTs for money (although I don´t think Sage would be OK with that), but Tremolo knowing first hand (not only having suspicions) about Quinn using the HOTs as a coverture for her dirty business, and not telling her.

Sage is the president of the HOTs, and, if there is some kind of scandal related with the HOTs, she´s going to be responsible of that, even if she was in the dark about it. Something that Sage hates, we already know, is dishonesty. One of the main things that make Sage be fond of Tremolo is that Tremolo always sticks her side and doesn´t lie or hide things from her. If Tremolo was maintaining Sage blind about the things that are happening inside her own fraternity because he was involved in it (even if just as a client), I think is going to be a deal breaker for Sage.

That just bring us to one conclusion. She should be more aware of her surroundings. MC can't do all the job for her. It is the same thing with Maya. People always has to be there to solve her problems. The only way MC will know exactly about Quinn selling the girls is if he uses the service. If he doesn't he will only have an idea but no proof. With that being said, he could never tell it to Sage if he didn't use her services. And Since he uses or have used at least once, He should be given the chance to tell her about it, specially when he stays with her at HOTs and talks to her about Quinn in her room on EP 4. So if DPC didn't give us the option to tell her about it is because he may or may not use it in the future.
If you pay attention, There is a part on ep3 that MC can choose in tell Maya about Quinn's operation, but even then he is not clear about what exactly Quinn does to the girls. He only tells her to be careful. If he wanted to be honest or talk about it, he would tell her that Quinn has an escort service and that is probably how they pay for their tuition, but he doesn't really tell her what Quinn does.

Sage is going to confront Trmeolo about it, and there will be a HUGE difference between being a client or not. If Tremolo is not a client, he can say to Sage "I had my suspicions, but I have never told you because it was only that, suspicions, and I didn´t want to spoil your friendship with Quinn without evidences" and Sage will be OK with that. If Tremolo is a client... what is he going to tell Sage? Probably it doesn´t matter: Sage will consider him a traitor and despise him anyway.

Bro you are going too technical into it. She can do it and stop doing it before even get caught. So there is no reason to go all technical into the trafficking offense matter. We already know it is not legal, the thing is, we don't know what happens from now on in the game. Only DPC can tell. She may stop doing it, she may continue doing it and never get caught. She may get caught and strike a deal to deliver big figures of trafficking and the ones responsible inside the college to the police and go free into witness protection. We don't know. Only I gave 3-4 different outcomes to the story of what can happen in her current situation. Many more can happen. She can die. She can sell and get rich and go live in a parasidiac island. lol. It's not as bad as you think. I think Sage will easily accept the fact that MС fucked other girls for money. Besides, she knows how popular MC is and girls like that Riо and Camilla don't charge him for sex, lol. Having an affair with Jade and with Quinn is definitely a problem, but I think if we go in Sage's way there will be a chance to tell her the truth. She could have broken up with Chad and fuck whoever she wanted, but she kept her relationship and was fucking with tremolo. So why she would bitch about he fucking other girls, including Quinn. The only one she could possibly bich about is he having an affair with Jade, but she never told him that Jade was her mother and had no way she'd know that untill the end up EP 8. Although I don't know how much this explanation will suit Sage. But I don't think the restaurant will play any key role. Because otherwise the whole Dik way with outside girls doesn't make sense at all. Why would we go the way of Dik if Sage would break up with Tremolo anyway? It seems to me that there will be several small choices on Sage's path that will affect him in the future. In Chapter 8, we could have told the truth about Chad, or we could have kept silent. Sage hasn´t been the best president of the HOTs, right?
I suppose that the idea of DPC is that Sage has been so obsessed with her awful relationship with Chad and so busy following him around with a pair of binoculars that has left aside most of the business of the HOTs in Quinn´s hands, and we know what Quinn has made with that responsibility.

Now, Sage don´t need to worry about Chad any more, has a calmer state of mind, and has started to take the reins of the HOTs again. So probably, at some point is going to see that weird things are being happening into her fraternity. Probably the first big "eye opener" is going to be Mona. If she is able to talk with her, she´s going to know, or at least start to know that Quinn has been a lousy friend and a disloyal vice president. It will depend of the previous behavior of Tremolo if he´s able to save his relationship with Sage or is going to be a shitstorm for him.

DIK Tremolo that is not client of the restaurant has future with Sage... if didn´t fall into the others booby traps that DPC set in his path, of course. But being a client of Quinn is going to be a deal breaker, with Sage, the same way fucking Bella will be a deal breaker with Jill for CHIK Tremolo.

This is one of the most annoying things in the way the game is written. It's obvious in several places that DPC doesn't want the player to know certain things or doesn't want the player communicating what they know to another character because it will undermine the plot or because there's a 'Shocking Reveal'. Personally I wish he'd just give up on these SR's in his writing, especially as most of the players have already figured out the SR long before it's sprung.

I would never believe Sage would say that. It looks very strained and implausible. I could believe it if Jill or Maya said that, but not Sage. She's not that touchy.Of course, she can say something like "I need to think about everything" or "I don't want to see anyone," but this will not mean that they will break up. Because if Sage takes everything so personally, she'll have to drop out of college altogether, lol.
