Sadly I don´t think there is zero chance of DPC pissing off most of the players, since he has done that in Acting Lessons and in BADIK. That´s the main reason I play this game pirated and not buy it in GOG or something. There are things that I love of this game (several characters, the music, some scenes...) and other things I don´t like at all, and I don´t trust in DPC. I play every scene thinking "let´s see what kind of trap is setting this guy here to the player, or what character is going to ruin now".
Yeah, several characters are whores, and that invalides them to something more than fucking. The story of "Quinn´s restaurant" seems far fetched to me, I don´t like it at all, and it´s stupid that she offers her "services" to the MC, and if the MC don´t accept, he just ignores it and doesn´t mention it any more... It doesn´t make any sense. Quinn and the others could just deal with weed and other drugs and the story would be more realistic and probably the same. I´m sure there would be another way of involving Bourke in the plot with Quinn. Lily asking money to the MC in the party of the preps for fucking is the best way to crap in a great character. In general, that thing of some characters being whores without a good reason is not something well writing, IMO.
A girl that says to his straight boyfriend "I want to be with another guy" literally is telling that guy that he´s not enough for her, at least at bed. If you and your friends here that gives you the "likes" are OK with that, it´s OK. But being a "vanilla baby" (it´s an insulting term, I just don´t care about what you and your friends think about me) I would not like an scene of the MC wanking off like a monkey while Tommy fucks Sage, for example. Again, if that´s what turns on you and your friends, great for you and them. The scene of Sage, Quinn and the MC is different because Sage apparently gets turned on by fucking with a girl too, and enjoys playing with Quinn the same way the MC. But, if suddenly DPC makes Sage a lesbian like Maya and the MC is forced to share her with Quinn or something, again, I hope he adds the option of "forgetting about Sage for good". Actually, for me, it would be "forgetting about BADIK for good".
A fantasy is nothing if its just something to think about when masturbates. If someone wants to actually make true a fantasy, then that´s something. And can be something that, in real life, destroys a relationship. In a game, I just don´t want to see contents that I don´t like, and I don´t like more cocks that necessaries if I play as a male character, and I don´t like to play as character that is a cuck or a loser in any form. That´s not funny, it´s not my kink and I think most of the people think like me. "Vanilla babies" for you, "open minded chad", or whatever you think you are.
