Rough guess based on content probably.
Choosing to stay with whoever at the end will probably put you on their path so it stands to reason the romances will diverge now and paths will split.
Doesn't have to happen next update but it does seem likely based on this updates choices.
At a rough guess i'd say the next update or two will have you pick and settle in with that choice then the major drama's will happen.
Something huge will probably happen like you stay at Bella's, make steak, fried mushrooms and saute potatoes then one of you realises you forgot the pepper sauce so it's a mad dash around town trying to find an open shop before the food burns.
You know, major drama like that.
Then come back to find Bella and Jill in a housefire.
This is the greatest adult game of all time!

A few reasons.
1- Maya and Josy seemingly living in the same room with MC. They also appear to be/been a couple, tons of drama about to happen.
2- Bella seems quite jealous of MC/Jill's date. Will she attempt to stop it?
3- Derek doesn't want MC to hurt Maya (obviously doing things with other girls will do that)
Yea i pretty much figured that on episode one, but I still tried to make choices that doesn't piss her off too much when interacting with her. Kind of sad that being a DIK locks you out completely. I wanted to go to her house cus regardless of the romance, scenes with her leads to the funniest situations in this game.
