Unless he's much older than that, I can't see any problem with him being over 40. If you were to tell me that he's currently over sixty... The big hiatus or even total abandonment of his current career after finishing with this game, if they come to happen, would most likely come as a consequence of him getting burnt out after putting so many years and hours of work into this game.

Honestly i dont know how to feel after BaD ends. If he decides to make another game i dont think it will feel as good as this one.

is there a way to extract the render image files in the game? I want to try upscaling some into 4k other than relying on screenshots which do not display the same quality since they are rendered in 1080. Games like Fashion Business are available in the image folder but not Being A Dik
