The news is not very good. Our author lost control of himself and started making animations at 60FPS, which doubled the framerate and the new RTX4090 were used for this improvement "that everyone was waiting for" (No). 61 animations are currently in the queue, of which 10 will be combined into one, and a small number of animations will be prepared for posing within 1-2 weeks. In short: we're screwed. The release window could be November, but I wouldn't be surprised that with this amount of data it could be December.

Well, the most improtant thing is that show is going on, imho. I'd be really upset if saw the tag "Abandoned" for this project.
I can undertand the anger of DPC's patrons, because they pay, but for me - slow progress is better than no progress at all. So i won't complain if the next updtate happen even in next year.

I think the only way he'll understand how dumb that is would be if somehow he ended up on an old 12 yr old laptop unable to even launch the opening scene of his own game. Then made to understand that over 60% of users are stuck with such equipment whether for lapptops or PCs.

Thankfully that isn't my problem, but I am very much aware that not many can invest as much as I have on a system. Most people are stuck on "hand me downs" or second hand rigs or a Dell.

I personally don't use my work PCs for porn VNs. I have an old laptop PC for those and animations really make the PC fan becoming noisy because everything gets hotter. It seems absurd that it does not happen when playing a shooter game, but it happens with animations on RenPy. I don't know what will happen with 60fps.

The absurd thing is that DPC's animations are not that good so they need better fps to be perfect. They are quite bad actually, compared to current state of the art on rule24video. So people talking about "perfectionism" really make me laugh. Increasing fps is not perfectionism, it's wasting resources and time. And the total weight of the game will suffer too. Most films are still shot at 24fps and are totally fine. Why he thinks that fps is the issue in his animations is beyond my understanding. He's not producing an action game.

It's nothing but ego. And this wont stop, trust me. At this point people should just accept that we are getting 6-7 hours of content every 11-12 months and that is it.

He is very talented and his workrate is great, but he is also very very insecure. I got banned on discord following episode 9 fiasco because I dared to criticize his work. So I am going to pirate his shit like everyone else.

This is the price you pay for working with a true artist. Instead of milking or middling talent, you have an someone who keeps looking for ways to expand his craft, broaden his vision and reach deeper into the immersion.

I get it, you want your next hit of seratonin. But there are plenty of AVNs to give you a bit of black tar heroin. This isn't that. BaD is meant to be something in more. Even if you don't recognize that.

This is one of the few games that people have said they'd play even without the sex scenes. It's one of the few games where people are truly invested in the story. And that kind of quality takes time to create.
