Oh no... I foresee 90% playtime in an unskippable minigame in which you have to press a sequence of 17 arrow keys in one second in order to increase your Credibility Points.

I didn't get that scene on my Quinn save either. Looks like it happens in a car? Maybe you need to borrow Rusty's car for it to happen? In my save I had minigames turned off, and Rusty had to sell his car for the DIKs to get windows.
Maybe this is DPC's way of saying: "Play my mini-games or you won't get Quinn!" IDK.
If your referring to the mid term exam ( 2 possible can be detected and brought up when Bella investigates it) one can be you if you read the papers cheated and on DIK path. There is also another (even if you didnt cheat) but its a surname that is mentioned ( unfamiliar to me) and none can be detected on a certain path and Bella drops it.

Ironically I think Derek is going find he loves chem class if he discovers or someone mentions to him, that it can help him create better drinks and he will go all in on that class.
